Contest Rules
The Contest is open to all registered students at Bristol, Cape Cod, and Massasoit community colleges.
This Year’s Category: Nonfiction – Deadline: March 22, 2010
Entries must be more than 10 single-spaced pages and must be emailed as attachments to:
Prizes and Judging Criteria
The winner will receive a $1,000 cash prize, along with a scholarship for a one-week stay at the Norman Mailer Writers Colony in Provincetown, and runner-ups will receive a $250 cash prize.
The Awards will be made at a graduation-related ceremony.
Submissions will be reviewed by members of the CONNECT Writing Group, who will select five finalists.
These finalists will be submitted to the Norman Mailer Writers Colony who will choose the winner.
